finally its gone!!! i grounded the head unit to a better point (chassy) and put the rca's over the power cable at tangent and wraped them in tin foil. This seems to have done the trick cheers for the help man

hey white fish thanks for the help, it helped somewhat. i muted them and there was no noise... sweet... then i pluged the 6x9's in (2 of the 4 rca's) one on top of the other and noticed there was no whine, so i preceeded to plug the other two in for the sub and the noise returned!!!! could it be the ...

in the weekend i bought a second hand fusion 4-channel 1000 watt($340nzl, bout $233 can) amp for my mtx sub and xplod 6x9s. it has a 4 guage wire supplying power and earthed with a 4 gauge to the left suspention strut.(where the seat belt is) the power cables are running down the right side of the ...
