Re: mx-3 compatible with other mazda models?
but is there a bench seat that will fit in the back of the mx3 out of another car? all I need is the bottom half really.
we usually only have 2 of the kids with us by the way, so its not like we ride around 24/7 like a can of sardines LOL!

Re: Check Engine Light, Floor it... Gone.
lol... wow this thread is entertaining. I clicked on it to say "it's your O2 sensor" bc that's exactly what it is. All I needed to read was the subject. Your spark plug swap is great, but it's not going to solve the issue in the long run. Eventually, you'll have to floor it just to get it up a hill ...

Re: Weird switch under left side of dashboard? (pics inside)
I had a kill switch just like that in my car when I was younger... it went straight to the power supply to my amp so that when the authorities caught up with me I could knock it out, turn the radio up, and no boom boom ;)
Can't presume how they ran this one, but mine was attached to a monster cable ...

Re: mx-3 compatible with other mazda models?
So I have to reupholster everything in my car... I'm not putting the MX-3 front seats back in, as I have a big a--, and the a-- rash on the seat seems to be a huge issue  so those I will probably do aftermarket...
My issue is the back seat. I really, really need to be able to put 3 seat belts ...

Re: Dead - click click click click
I completely forgot to post what the issue actually was....
The ground wire was completely rusted out. Not sure if they all go the same way but mine went in this order:
-negative battery cable to
-right side (driver) firewall to
-starter (or near it) to
-behind the block where I could no longer ...

*she* got a new battery ;)
I also replaced the terminals just in case before I did.
I checked the grounds before I got the new battery. All my wires look like s--- mind you, so everything could use an update, but they were clean and connected. All the leads from the battery are in tact. It's ...

My main question is can I use a 95 starter in a 92? 4 cyl. Unfortunately the dealer is off til Monday so I can't ask them.
For those interested here's what happened:
So my car sits outside for 4 days in nasty cold and ice, fires up like a champ when i go start it. I drive to one location, starts ...

Fuse Panel , Fan Relay, Automatic Seat Belt Motors
How about I kill three birds with one stone?
I have no door to my inner kick panel fuse box, anybody got a picture of one? No such thing that matches my chilton's in my car :( need to be able to read it of course, I've got a 92 with a 4cyl in it.
I also need to figure out where the fan relays are ...
