CALGARY AREA- 3 spare comedy cave tickets

Hey all,

I know I`m not an uber active member with MX-west, however I do enjoy the odd Meet and Greet. I had 4 comedy cave (on mcleod trail) tickets fall in my lap, and am planning on going to the show next saturday, the 21st. If anyone wants in, let me know. First three responders get the ticket ...

Re: Rear brakes

Hey all, finished the car today. Wow what a difference the right freaking parts make. As well, thanks for the tip on turning the cylinder with the needle nose pliers. Things came together quickly tonight with much less colorful language than the other night, lol.

Anyways, again, thanks, G

Re: Rear brakes

Thanks for the tip about the miata pads, that may well be my issue. I found pads at autovalue and compared them to the ones that crackhead tire gave me. The appear to be thinner than the crappy tire ones, so I think I found my problem. Thanks for the info on the miata pads, definitely info to file ...

Re: Hatch Glass 93/GS Calgary

The retarded thing is, nothing was stolen. Just smashed for the sake of of being smashed, which seriously pissed me off. Total damage was over $1200, but Insurance covered anything minus the deductible. Better than the whole shooting match, but still. Frigging retards having to go breaking other ...

Rear brakes

I have a 93 v6 mx-3 with disc brakes in the rear. My pop and I were attempting to replace the rotors and pads on both sides. We are positive we have the correct rotors, however the pads though they fit in place well, appear too tall on the friction surface. It seems we are short 2-3mm in width to ...

Meet greet/Movie Night?

Hey all,

I was just curious if anyone was interested in doing a meet up/movie night some time in the next couple months. I figure now, with the slew of big movies coming out it should be fairly easy to find something everyone agrees on. Am kind of leaning towards either Terminator: Salvation or ...

Re: Hatch Glass 93/GS Calgary

860 for the glass alone, still no idea yet yet on install, plus insurance is paying for detailing because there is still a ton of glass. I'm happy for just having to pay the deductible though. For a change insurance actually worked on my side!

Re: Hatch Glass 93/GS Calgary

Managed to get things worked out with my insurance, and they are paying for install of new glass, which Mazda managed to find. Apparantly only 3-4 of those rear windows left in North America. Should be fixed by mid week. Which I am sorely waiting for. My wife's kia is definitely no mazda! G

Hatch Glass 93/GS Calgary

While in downtown Calgary this evening some degenerate decided to smash the back window out of my car. WOW I hate this city! Anyhow, I know that they are not producing the rear glass for the MX-3 anymore, however I was wondering if anyone in the Calgary area would have a line on either a glass piece ...

Wierd Delay in starting when cold

So I've checked the forum's and haven't been able to find anything similiar to what I'm dealing with here, so here we go.

I have a 93 GS with the V6. Lately, especially in the colder weather I've been getting a wierd delay when starting.
The key turns fine. Everything is powered up as it's ...

Re: *(*(*^*&% power locks!

no....the keyless entry feature was added to mine when the alarm was installed apparantly. However, some do have power locks, that lock the doors when the engine is running, and unlock again once the engine is shut down.
I did find a lock solenoid, switched it out last night, and NO MORE problems. I ...
