Re: jex smart chip on ebay #320221724433

Thanks for the info on that chip i posted...I figured as much it's junk as MAZDA would have put this on the car already if it raised that much HP in a little resistor...

FOR JOSH: Im running the NORTH AMERICAN 2.5L ECU with the KL-ZE cause i had to remove the KL-ZE INTAKE due to it hitting the ...

jex smart chip on ebay #320221724433

Has anyone put this "jex smart chip" on a KL-ZE?
Its 21usd "buy it now" with only 10usd shipping to me here in Canada? Says a 22hp gain, but u know as well as i know, that if this could produce 22hp, Im sure MAZDA would have added this to the car b4 selling it??? I would think this way anyways ...

Re: hi im new

i may be mistaken, but there is a 4cyl engine with 210hp stock!...I cant recall the 3 letters that the engine is called, but to change from a 4cyl to a 6cyl, youll neeed an entire v6 car to swap over to the 4cyl...a very big job, and it seems easier and cheaper to just get the 210hp 4cyl :)

Re: Intake Manifold swap

you want to find an "MS8" intake from a millenia i believe...there are a few out there, but harder to find...Im pretty sure it has the same sized fuel rails and ports like the "ZE" intake, and youll get the 10ish hp back and it will fit in the MX3...
