Does it die at corners when you go to slow down? This wa happening to me and it turned out to be a vaccum leak on the air intake. I'd check that before you spend money on a ditsy.

this won't help your staring problem, but your feedback noise your hearing as you accelerate is due to having your power wire for your rear speakers/subs running along side of your sound wires. Just seperate them and that problem should go away.

Well, I fixed my problem with the car. I hate to say it, but it was a stupid vaccum leak. Ordered a new cold air intake from ebay, the one with the two connectors on it, for the vaccum lines. Fixed my problem completely. The old setup was done poorly, and didn't have those connectors.

I don't have a problem taking it out, my problem is time and weather. Seeing that we just got snow and freezing rain, and i dont' have a garage... the project car might take some time :(
