Note to hijack your post but I did install my EGR and I connected the coolant lines and the electrical plug and in doing so I didn't throw a code. Of course the EGR wasn't operating (no exhaust flowing) it was just there to keep that damn code light off. :)

Wow, this is a nice buy........ Do you know if this would pass an emissions test for someone in the states? We never even had the 1.8 V6 in an OBD2. :shrug:

Unfortunately not, since the ZE intake manifold doesn't have an EGR port. It does have a cat, though.

Some states/provinces have exceptions ...

You know back 3-4 years ago life seemed so simple. Could do anything I wanted, any time. Seemed to have all the time in the world.

Now, between work, travel, renovations... I hope I can make it to a meet again some time. Jeez, and I don't even have kids yet.
