I went and read about rear fill at your suggestion and it makes sense. However, listening to what's in the car now, the bass is really sort of an ugly fuzzy sound, and I think I would like to upgrade the rear speakers anyway (hey, it's my money I'm throwing away right?).

The reason I was repeating the question again was because in reading (more specifically about sizes) I kept seeing: "Yes you can, no you can't, only if they are this size, that won't work, that will work, etc." I was confused by a lot of conflicting information.

I'm looking at buying an MX-3 in Vancouver (this isn't a WTB post, that goes in another forum, I know :) ).

What I'd like to know is a little info on what the best year to buy is. I'm looking at getting a manual transmission with a 4 cylinder. Not really looking to do any mods/upgrades ...
