I have a 1992 Blaze red MX-3 GS with:

Ze motor swap done 2 months ago, runs perfect, everything is fine tuned.
Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch and fidanza 9lb flywheel were done at the same time
New timing belt, water pump, all other belts new
Hotshot headers
Brullen exhaust with Flowmaster 40 series ...

It sounded like a GT before the resinator.. Now it sounds like a bmw. I want a growl though, a mean inyyour face sound that isnt too ricerish, and abnocsious..

Hotshot headers, from my ZE through resinator and 40 series flowmaster. Mandrel bent piping. (brullen)

I have a brullen exhaust going into a Flowmaster and through a 3.5 inch chrome tip. It has a 30 inch resinator. The car is very quiet, and sounds like a nicely tuned BMW I have been told, but doesnt have that aggressive sound to it. I fired it up before putting the resinator in with just straight ...

Oh I have the WOT set so I can hear it click as the pedal hits the floor, I usually run 15psi, and I slip the clutch out of the hole at 3200 rpm. I have a stage 3 clutchmasters. I slip it until its halfway engaged and then let it go, usually works great!

Anyone else have ideas etc?

I am looking to get optimum performance out of my ZE and have determined that my VRIS system is broke, the silynoids ...

if you have swapped Honda engines before, then you should know what a pain in the A$$ this one would be. Talk about a wiring nightmare not to mention engine mounts etc.....Hondas are fairly easy to swap, but taking one look at that protege will yeild otherwise....

Mine sucks balls too, it was good the first day, now it just feels like a strong DE....... AAARRRGGG!!!

lol, I had a b16A, they have 10.4:1 and will handle 10 pounds.....

Oh well, I will do it anyway probably...

1 or 2 psi, lol, if it cant handle 8 psi then I am wasting my time. What all do I need to do to make it handle 100 shot spray? megasquirt, injectors, fuel pressure regulator and???

God these engines seem so weak, why did I even buy one? I see hondas running stock engines and 12 - 13 pounds daily ...

I mean turbo manifolds, they sell on ebay for cheap? I always thought that was the most expensive part of turboing these cars.....

Bought a pretty big front mount from a buddy for 100.00 bucks, looks CLEAN! Going to get it mounted tomorrow, and see how it looks. I have a blow off valve already....

All I need ...

I have had a check engine light on since I owned it, now, 2nd engine and it still has one. It's weird, comes on, goes off, no real rthyme or reason to it. Coolent lines were NOT bypassed on this swap, and I have tryed adjusting the IAC.... It isnt on cold starts, I can shut it off and come back half ...

I would be more apt to say piston rings.......
