Yeah I've just been reading about that effect elsewhere, just took me by surprise thats all, didn't feel like I was going anywhere near fast enough for that to happen making me wonder if something was wrong with the car

I'd spotted that cubby hole in pics of other mx3s and wondered why it I didn't have one. The sterio fitted seems to be normal size, its the same as my Blaupunkt. Have tried to remove the centre console but having trouble even doing that.
just bought my 1998 mx-3 yesterday and it came with a non-standard radio which I'd like to take out in favour for my blaupunkt head unit. Anyway, I can't for the life of me get the old one out.
