A bit of background, I got the car free from a relative. Put about $400 in belts, water pump, gaskets, etc. Brother was in a bad way, he drove it to/from work the last 3 years ...

Well, long story shorter the GS is back in my driveway after spending the last 4 years with my brother.
She blows a ton of oil smoke in the morning, leaks oil from the VC like crazy, and has 162k very hard miles on the motor. Not sure if the rings are toast either but a compression and leakdown test ...

Yeah, that's right on the mount. I have not looked personally ( just word from my bro ) but he implied the loop pulled out of the seat base itself and cannot be repaired.

Prefer the LT blue/black but at this point a functional lower seat cushion is the main goal.
The latches ( or clips ) that the seat cushion slide into that keep it from coming off is the main reason we need a new one.
I'm in NM, zc 87114, let me know how much and when it might be available thx!
