ah - ok. so i shouldn't be trying to syphon the petrol out from the filler cap on the outside of the car?

my car is driving like a pig - i'm thinking it's because of dirty fuel. my tank is about three-quarters full.

not sure if this will help, but a couple of years ago my car would dip in revs at traffic lights. it was probably more acute when i pressed the accelerator.

It turned out that the bottom of the fuel tank was clogged up. i got it cleared out and got the fuel pipes cleaned.

In the UK, I think it would be illegal to have any other colour than amber as your indicator.

As far as I'm aware, all bulbs on a car are clear and it's the colour of the plastic casing which determines the visible colour of the light.

I had my water pump replaced last year. the part wasn't too expensive (maybe £50-60? UK), and it's not a particularly difficult task, but it's about a 4-hour job because the water pump is at the bottom of the engine. So you end up paying for the labo(u)r.

I have the car at home now. i really didn't trust this particular dealer. I was suspicious that they'd ruined the module, too.
