As I thought before, wheel hop is primarily fixed by suspension components, stiffer springs that is. There are lots of cars tuned above 500HP and I honestly havent seen one hopping on regular basis when starting. Sure thing if you have your wheels hop every time there is little sense in upgrading ...

AXLES - which is best?

Guys, which aftermarket or OEM replacement CV joints and Axles you use? What's the price and are you satisfied?

By this moment I've encountered the following axles:

http://www.raxles.com $119.95 per side. I'm not sure at the moment whether this includes CV joints only or complete axles assembly ...

Got that :)
Now what about your stage 3 clutch? Should be hard to slow start with that, isn't it? I can better understand what race clutch really gives as opposed to lightweight flywheel, but when it comes to daily driving, is it comfortable enough?

Well, doesn't engaged transmission and wheels traction act more or less the same as flywheel, my means of vehicle wieght? On idle, yes, flywheel is the only weight on crankshaft. You can spin the engine faster and it will drop the rpm faster. But it shouldn't be the case when on speed, its effect ...

Guys, guys, this is all understood, reduced weight, less inertia, faster rpm change up and down. But whats your feelings, is it worth 325 bucks or not really?

Fidanza flywheel - what's the gain?

So guys, many of you have fidanza flywheel installed as a part of swap, or just, well, installed.
Whats the point of doing this? I mean, its about $325 on ebay, its lighter and stuff, but is there some noticable gain? What are your subjective sensations on improvements?
