Fuse question

In the fuse box under the hood, the one that says (AD FAN) 40A what fan does it go to? Is it normal for this fuse to pop?
It's not really normal for any fuse to pop, UNLESS there's a problem, then it's perfectly normal for one to pop, and possibly blow replacement fuses till the problem is found and fixed.
Manual says it's for the A/C Condenser Fan, which is the fan on the left if you're facing the engine bay.
