How much $$ to fix stereo wiring?

The previous owner of my car had a stereo installed, and the left turn signal doesn't work. He said that when they extended the wiring harness, they didn't do a good job. Also, there's a whine (interference), and when I adjust my power mirror, the radio cuts out. It also randomly quits working. It stays on, but there's no sound. It has a fuse block in the engine bay I want to get rid of, too.
Do you guys have an idea of how much it would cost to fix these issues?

I meant how much to have someone else do it, because I know bupkis about it, and electronics hate me
If it's more than $50, I'll figure it out, and do it myself. The fuse block looks really nice, and I'm hoping someone will take it as partial payment..

I also get interference when I adjust my mirrors. Even with the stereo on any voulme, the interference is the same volume
If you listen to fuzz on AM stations, sometimes you can tune it to your RPM's and listen to your sparks via your stereo
So I just don't adjust my mirrors much.
The blinker is an issue though. Trouble shoot it? fuse, bulb, grab a multimeter and check for resistance at different points in the system...
Also, now that I remember, my stereo also used to cut out. still on, still plays, just NO sound. I pulled it all apart and put it back together and even though nothing SEEMED wrong... it worked...

If you lived up here Jesse I'd fix it for ya for a twelve pack, the car audio business is so slow up here bro... Alternator whine is due to a poor ground connection 99 out of 100 times. Make your own ground like around on the kick panel & run it to the deck... As per the fuse block just take it out & re wire to the stock radio wires use the12volt.com/vehiclewiring to see what color wire does what. As per the turn signal that you'll have to figure out on your own, I doubt its a fuse or a wire outside of the steering column.

I tried E-mailing, and PMing you about it

but I guess you didn't get them. I'm up here doing a study again, and would prefer to have you do it over a random audio shop, because I trust you. I'll be in Tacoma the 22nd and 23rd, and then will be here again in 5 days (the 28th, I think). If you can do it any of those days, I'll buy you a 24 pack!
My car is stronger than last time you drove it, and will be even stronger soon
