Ok so i am dying to meet some other MX3 owners that live near me. I live in Lawrence Kansas. Trying to gauge interest in having a meet sometime. Probably around spring time cause it is fairly cold still. If we could agree upon a Date and Location i think we could get something started here.

I would love to have a midwest meet sometime this summer. I am in south bend, Indiana.

For starters we need to figure out where we want to have this? Do you want to have it here in MI? If so, I know of several spots that would be awesome for pics and the DVD footage we will be making. Some of the cities we thought of are Grand Rapids, Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon by Lake MI. Let us know your ideas and we can plans around that. Thanks.

Greeting all - NEWB here, just picked up a 93 GS Special Edition 1.8... hence the "wannabe" reference. New to Mazda's in general but lovin' my '93 so far... enough so that I am probably going to keep / rebuild my GS... Anyway, regarding a meet this summer... I'd be interested depending on how far from Detroit and, of course, date specific conflicts.

Great site - found a ton of useful info already! (like the fact that Mazda will STILL fix my passive belts! )

Ok , well I am helping Tru Power Motorsports organize this meet. The date is set for June 8th,9th and 10th. We are working on the details. I will keep you posted.

Awesome to here, glad it was pushed back to june. I should have my swap done by than and ready to bring to the meet. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, Appericate it. This meet is open to all makes and models of cars . It will also be open to anyone from any state/location.

Yeah I am from South Bend, but I go to school at Purdue so I am in West Lafayette most of the year. But I would be up to meet sometime maybe when I make a trip home for the summer or something. Where are you from?
