Well, I've been doing some welding at school lately. My major project was a hat rack i made for some friends. I should be getting about 100 bucks for it, and I might make another chain thing and sell it for 25. What do you guys think? The disks on the hat rack aren't shinned or grinded or anything because they are going to be covered is a padded black thing...?

The hat rack took me about 10 hours to complete. I welded on the first four rods before i shinned them up and thats probably why it took so long. I spend about 3 hours just shinning it up.

Dads friends. The guys an arcitect, so he told me he wanted the "Sheef of Weet" desing...basiccaly i took it from there. I'll be deleivering it tomoro, and pickin up my sweet sweet cash.

Hahah yeah it was abit hard to make to. And toxic, when zinc burns it's uh..not healthey. But the disk that is seated on took the most time. Originaly I had it quite shiny, i used a polishing disk. But i decided to take some emry cloth and high grit sand paper, and i did a brushed steel feel to it.

I really like the way it looks liek its just kinda floating there. From one side you can't even see the welds.
