I'm curious what you think would be a reasonable offer for this car. We weren't planning on getting a car for the family until early next year, but due to certain curcumstances (our 2nd vehicle being in an accident) our family will have to look into another car. Good suguestion?

(btw. whatever car we get will become mine when we purchase a brand new car in the spring)

yes, well honestly i'd love to get a 94 gs' model, but my parents want to buy from a dealership rather than by person. So unless a dealership around calgary has what i'm looking for i'm a little hooped.

You gotta be stupid to buy something from dealer, they rip you off, best deal to get from private owner and would be best if it was someone you know, so you know how they treated car

Problem is you gotta know someone with an mx-3 - kinda rare. Then they gotta be selling it in good condition - very rare.
That must be an AM thing with the power trunk right? IIRC I've never heard of it as a stock option before.

perhaps the guy doesn't know the diference between cable trunk and one powered via electricity... that or perhaps an option from an old alarm install if it has or had one.

I would try and stay away from dealers. They try to rip you off more-so than average Joe. Just find someone who knows a lot about cars and go searching. Any kind of 1 or 2 owner car that has always been up kept will show. Go out and drive a few of the same, and you'll be able to see differences yourself.
