because they'll break or bend if they ever hit a pothole. They are made really light, at the cost of impact-strength.

Protege:<P>I see you have an AW20 Mr-2. My friend is about to leave town and move so I'm getting his non working N/A 86 MR-2. This is going to be more of a side project but I'm looking to make this a neat little drift/autocross car. Yea, yea, MR setups aren't the best for drifting (and the snap understeer) but I'm getting the car. It has, from when I drove it, a GREAT tranny and a completely ruined block. Warped head, 2 of the pistons detonated, etc. Any recomendations on what to do with it or a web site? I'm just now getting into this and I wont be doing much to it until summer.

a lightly modded 3sge beams motor would be really fricken sweet. 2L NA engine with ~240 crank seems cool to me...
