i need front and rear strut tower bars, where can i find them, and what company can someone recommend.<BR>thanks

hey jesse, is 91 and on Tracer/Escort have the same strut tower bars, right?<BR>have you ever heard about Fastco strut tower bars? i found a front and rear one for under $100 used, are they any good? i mean that iam not gonna to participate in any auto crossing anytime soon, so i just need them for street, <BR>do u think they should give me some considerable improvement over stock mx3?<BR>thanks

Fastco is just like any of the other cheap brands. There might be a small improvement, mostly coming from the rear....thats about it. Go for it if you just want the look.

you have any idea if it will fit over the 2.5 engine with the 2.5 intake manifold?

Cant you see that?!?!?! <P>just playing with ya...sorry, but i dont know. Maybe one of the KL guys can help out here, but is the KL manifold any higher than the K8 manifold? Some STB designs use a slight bend up before going across to stop any interference problems. (the protege's brake fluid reservoir cap gets in the way with the original Commpass Motorsports STB, so Gary is building a new one, with bends)

i have an Ractive strut tower bar that i ordered from stylincompacts.com for around 40 bucks... it looks pretty nice and i noticed an improvement in chassis stiffness...i dont know about the other brands but i recommend this one...
