Engin swap ?

Has anyone ever heard of anyone putting a 3L taurus sho motor into a v6 prob or mx. I have a sho engine and tranns laying around and friends that are good at modifing vehicles and I ould like to do something radical, and I was wondering if the motor well bolt up to my trans or if I should use the sho tranns.
