Is it entirely made out of CF or just an oem garnish wrapped in CF?

Hey guys, well, for a price i was thinking around $100 - $150 CAD, u pay shipping, i got them real cheap as the guy owed me money, and i am just trying to make a fast buck, so send replies of what you think, if it is too high, we may be able to work something out!
