Can anyone tell me which wires on the distributor are the RPM sensor and coil + and - ?

I believe they are as follows but I need confirmation:

3 Pin Connector
Blue = Coil +
Red = Coil -
Yellow/Blue stripe = Tach/Instrument Panel

Anyone?

Yes, you are correct:

Blue - Coil Primary from Ignition (so +)
Red - Coil Primary to Ground (so -)
Yellow/Blue - to tacho
