Rolling Road Tuning

Has anyone had their V6 rolling road tuned?<p>If so, did you get any decent performance increase?<p>I've got a custom cat-back exhaust and and a performance air filter. Ever since I got the exhaust the car seemed to loose it's edge a little, possibly due to loss of back pressure etc.<p>Plus I'm always racing my mate's civic vti 1.6 and although it's always pretty close (since he's running about 160bhp), it would be nice to have a little more power against him
