thats cool that even today the M edition is that serious to mazdaInodoro Pereyra wrote:No, I had to sell the car in 2010. But I kept in contact with the buyer through FB.
But I thought a member of the MX-6 forum would have had a little more respect for the car he came to own...![]()
As far as parting it out, when I had the car, I went to Mazda to buy the FGS's, and asked the guy how much would a new driver's seat be. He said "you have to bring us the car's title, so we can VERIFY it's an M-Edition. If it is, each seat is $2000.
He doesn't want to sell it or?Inodoro Pereyra wrote:Yep. Almost.
And, call me crazy, but i've never lost hope to buy it back, and get it back to pristine, 100% original condition.
That is, until now. And now I found out in FB that it's the guy's birthday today. You think I could send him a stick of dynamite as a birthday present?
Yep. But what REALLY pisses me off is that the guy doesn't give a damn! Man, I don't know, but if I REALLY love a car, and it gets totalled (can happen to anybody), I go to a junkyard, get a good shell, and REBUILD THE THING!!!. I'm not gonna dispose of my baby like it's an old rag just because it got hit...kulluminati777 wrote: thats cool that even today the M edition is that serious to mazda
but oh man totaled! that is some BS. I love MX-6's i used to have a black one. Was thinking of getting the A-Spec kit for it but i left it overseasi miss it. If i found a mint M edition for sale i would snatch it up in a heart beat but everyone you see these days is in BAD shape (at least the ones i have seen)
Very nice, but it's black (very common) and automatic. And the guy is asking too much for the shape of the car. It would be an option, if I was there, though...Savin wrote:Clean black M edition here: http://chicago.craigslist.org/sox/cto/3802777980.html
He TOTALLED IT! And, even if he did keep it, and does want to sell it, how could I buy it, being 9000 miles away, in a country that will NOT let me import it, and unemployed?mitmaks wrote: He doesn't want to sell it or?
