That rear subframe you are talking about comes from Jim at Pierce motorsports.. If I was allowed to change suspension pick up points in the class I race in I would buy it.. Unfortunately I have to run a stock rear subframe.. :(

He has tubular lateral links you can buy.. I am running a set of them on my 323.. Very good stuff.. You need to make your own custom endlinks for the sway bar, but its really easy to do with the mx3 stuff.. My end links cost me $20 to build.. here are some pictures... They are built to mx3 rear control arm lengths.. Don't mind the crummy paint job, I tried to put a rubberized coating on mine and it didn't dry completely before I installed them... (epic fail!)

For upgraded trailing links, find a Escort ZX2 in a junkyard. they came from the factory with tubular steel ones instead and bolt right on to the MX3. they also have a slight bend to them giving you quite a bit more tire clearance!

also this paul guy has alot of good stuff. Is there any other stuff that fits the MX3 like the four point front tie bar and if so would it come in contact with bpt323 traction bars or srd crossmembers?

The end links are very simple..I built them in about 5 min. The heim joints I used were $7 a piece. They were 3/8 fine thread male joints. I got 10 3/8 fine thread nuts. I welded 5 of them together. I cut the heim joints down to length and screwed them together. one thing thats not shown in the picture is the spacers I got sot that the joints sit straight up and down when bolted together.

Its even easier if you get your hands on a male and female heim joint. The only reason I didn't use a female heim joint is because I couldn't get my hands on one locally. I didn't want to order one online and have to wait for it.

My friend Rob had also bought a set of the rear arms from Jim. He had his powder coated silver.

If you don't see them on his web site, just email him. Jim is pretty good at getting back to people quickly.

Not cheap... $400

Rob and I looked into building a set our selves.. by the time we added up the cost of materials and our time making all the spacers... $400 is a really good price...
