Thanks illapino, I was goin crazy looking for those pics and all I could recall was Gro's Escort SR swap, which had fitment issues and besides, his pic links don't work any longer. Jarid's is really clean looking so I've pm'd him asking if he'll post to this thread with info.

heh should have known he's just south of me in portland. I might well see him in a week or two depending on when he gets the lambo hinges, since he's getting the first 'test' set.

yup that's my car. its an after market sunroof from western sunroof in portland oregon. its a really nice setup. if anyone wants more info let me know.

Any company that does sunroofs can install one on a car that didn't have one previously. If you notice in those pictures his dome lights lack the sunroof control so he must not have had one to begin with.

It's a little grey rocker switch that is located between the two lights.. if you look at the picture above you can see the drivers side light, the passenger light and a dark area between them. The switch is in that area between the two lights, same color as the push-push buttons to turn on the dome-lights.

if you don't know, I don't think anyone can answer that question for you.. Although a starwars quote does come to mind "search your feelings, you know it to be true"

i'd be happy with just a glass sunroof that doesn't open ... getting more light into the car would be quite beautiful ... it would surely relax the ladies ... heh heh heh heh

I dont even understand the concept of a metal "sun roof" i mean suns good when its cold outside heh... i think may remove mine to inspect as it doesent open and close the right way anyways...

Yep this has to go onto the 'things I want to do to the MX' list, that's for sure..

that is why the ones with out glass, are know as moon roofs. Thats the way it was told to me.
