wow this is seeming simpler than i thought. so i just run the FMU in the return line. bolt up the 323 mani, turbo and what car is the wastegate ill need available on?, interooler, run the piping, oil feed line, oil return line just tap and seal it in, BP injectors plug into harness and everything? or transfer the rail and injectors?bypass the throttlebody coolant?, set my timing too? and plugs-colder?? oil change and startup? any tuning need to be done? like dyno tune to watch the AFR's? thanx again so much this is definatly a dream come true. and an ACT stage 2 a good clutch?

the wastegate is off a any of the b6t motors so thats 323's and capri's. the injectors just plug right in. the timing is definately a good idea and the plugs are a good idea too but i ran my stock plugs for like the first month or so and it was fine. probably worth it to just get the plugs tho. and yeah im pretty sure a lot of ppl on here are using the ACT and are happy with it

hey hows it going i thought id update u. i ordered the FMU and it'll take 1-2 weeks, the manifold im waiting on 1 scrap yard and if not it will be 1- 2 weeks from tomorrow. exhaust? as mine is dinged up in areas stock size with 2 1/4" axle back...lol but where the axle back piece was welded, snapped off so it basically dumps with no muffler right b4 the axle. how big should i get it? i was thinking 2.5" to a 3" cat and 2.5" back and out the fart can...lol is there a pre cat on the 94 DOHC? i am also trying to pick up some 17's off my buddy that r in shitty condition and re do them in black. the cars come a long way since april its been lowered with kybGR2's B and G springs, proper cold air intake, front stabilizer bar, cut out the grilling on the bottom of the front bumper and got a 3" 98 stock jetta lip on the bumper, 15" mint alloy honey combs and hopefully the 17's today, short shifter, autometer A/F guage in my vent closeest to the wheel on the right, boost guage on order, and no rust nemore :D :D and hopefully mid march when i put it back on the road turbo'd. but its looking more and more like early april for the turbo which is killing my motivation. so if i bolt on the manifold, turbo change the wastegate, run the oil lines, mount the intercooler, bolt in the FMU, BOV-it will run good and be daily driveable at 6-8psi stock ECU, stock fuel pump till april? that way i could get it done b4 march 16

i think is a lil pre cat..its like a 3 way cat set up...iono what the emission laws are like where u are but on my car i got straight 2.5 exhaust (2.25 on a couple of bends tho) out a lil autozone muffler. im gonna be changing that though when i put the new motor in...im thinkin ill go 2.5 all the way, w/ a mangaflow resonator/hi-flow whichever and a better muffler on the end. thats just upgrades for me, ur setup should work good..iono bout the 3" cat just from what ive read most every says to just stick w/ 2.5 all the way if ur staying around 10lbs since our motors are pretty small. lemme yell ya now lol, the 17s look nice but wheel hop is a PAIN in the a-- for me...course i have stock suspension so u might not have as big a problem. i usually put my stock honeycombs on when i went to the track so i could burn up those tires and no wheel hop :D. and i think u should be good w/ bolting all that up. like i said before when u put it all just check the timing and drive it around and listen for any detonation. if there is then adjust ur timing till there isnt anymore. i didnt have any problems w/ detonation but every motor acts different especially when ur adding a turbo. just take all the right precautions and dont be Too impatient and u should be boosted and happy :D how do you like that kyb w/ the b&g set up? im still searching around to see what setup i want whenever i get around to (and the money to) lower muh baby. i cant wait for it tho i kno itll like bad a** lol right now my cars primer black w/ some 8 spoke gunmetal 17's white a chrome lip. should look pretty smooth when i get it lowered :D eventually i wanna paint the car a darker grey than the rims..like a charcoal or somethin iono ill have to check out some colors

thanks again... the b and g springs are good, too good they give it a nice stance especially with the 15's instead of the 14's(havent tried the new ones yet to cold) it rides beautifully really smooth over bumps more so than my stock setup was, the spring and strut combo just doesnt give the car a little bounce over bumps which i miss but it doesnt body roll in the corners at all. could you still feel VICS kick in with the turbo? ur car sounds sick mines in prmer and the stock white paint too...lol

mine engages at 4800 but over the 5 years ive driven it it never worked my actuator was seized and the rod wouldnt move. But now it does, and it does make a difference i guess as much as vris

oh well it might be its hard to tell cuz the boost starts kicking in around then too...so i always thought it was just the turbo spooling up but it might be a combo of the two
