[GB] Cross-Drilled & Slotted Rotors

Post by _-Night-Shade-_ »

Link to GI thread: http://www.mx-3.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=72418" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This is the Group Buy thread for Cross-Drilled & Slotted Rotors.
Please read through the whole GI thread before asking any questions, then if anything post there or PM me.

Description
These are direct replacement rotors for the MX-3 that will fit with no modification. The only difference is that they are cross-drilled and slotted for higher performance. The brand is Roto-Tech (http://www.roto-tech.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). They are manufactured in Canada and are machined from the factory and come with a warranty.

Images
Images can be found in GI thread for which the link is at the top.

Prices
Prices already include taxes and 5% site donation and are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Front Set: $47.50
Rear Set: $57.00
Both Sets: $104.50

For currency conversion: http://www.xe.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Shipping
Shipping will be determined with online calculators of either the cheapest method, or whichever method you choose.
My postal code is M8V 1P2

The front rotors weigh about 10lbs each and the rears will weigh slightly less.

Payment
Payment will be made through PayPal (+3%) or cash if you plan on picking them up locally.
My PayPal e-mail is: igor.onipko@gmail.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Details and Installation Notes
The rotors are NOT bi-directional, they can only spin one way for proper use. Each rotor has either an R or L on it letting you know which side it should be on. Other than that installation procedures are exactly like an OEM rotor. Note that the rears will obviously only work for the GS models as the RS has rear drum brakes (unless of course you've done the rear subframe conversion).

Disclaimer: Please note that these rotors are designed for more aggressive brake applications and track use. While they can be used for regular driving, they might wear down your brake pads at a quicker rate than stock blank rotors.
