looks good. Good price too. I would have thought that the prices were similar out east. Now you need to get a lift and make that garage a double.

Thanx Illa! Well thats still up in the air! Another car would be next spring and all... just so we can see how much we have to spare each month after bills and such! :crying: But I am really torn between a 93 MR2, 93 RX7 right now.... I really do love the MR2's (2 seater, mid engine, rwd) And they can look so nice with a simple lip kit and rims! The RX7 just scares me cause of the motor! ahaha

My RX-7 has been the most reliable car I've had, I've been DD'ing it for a year and a half and its never been done for anything. Water injection is the key to keeping a very reliable rotary for years and years even with mods and abuse. Read up about it. I do love MR2s also but the snap oversteer scares me, and I cant fit in it.

As Achmed says, "Location, location, location!"

Pops builds (or used to, recession put his job down) residential houses down in columbus ga.

down in that area, building code requires much more space between buildings, I think it's something like fifteen feet... and the contractor tried to put them as close as he legally could...

but for a 2700 sq ft house + 2 car garage in ol' columbus you'd look at the same price, 270k.

but who the crap wants to live in columbus ga...

Well same thing applies here with the building code.... BUT they found a simple way around it and thats to have the underground footing linked by 1 strip of concrete.... So this way it can be listed as "detached" but under code it would fall under townhouse or along those lines so they can fit as many houses in one zoned area!

ahah thanks man. I think I may keep the MX3 though... to much work into it to give it away.... It will get a badassed paint job in the spring and I will be happy. But right now I am doing up a list for the "showroom" AKA garage....

-Etched, Clear coated, Grey gloss floor. (so glossy that if water is spilled you will slip and fall!)
-Framed pictures on the walls of exotics.
-Painted walls.
-MX3

That is the only thing that is in the garage! Everything else goes in the shed! ahah Ash asked where the garbage goes.... I said we will have to build something at the side of the house.
NOTHING will be hanging from the walls or ceiling. It is basiclly a bedroom for the car!
