lol...yes...3 screws.
you may have to tap them to pop 'em out....and when I say tap I mean with your palm fairly hard.

and there is a plastic bit that sticks up if you don't put your finger between this and the car body it snaps just a bit of a warning in case you take the altezza's back off.
oh and i don't know if they fixed this problem yet but seal em using silicone otherwise they will mist up
good luck

where are the three screws? do you have to take the plastic in the trunk out to reach them?

Re: tail lights.......and how to get them out
Nah, you reach em from outside. Open the rear hatch, standing behind each lens housing, remove the 2 screws from above- you'll see em going vertically into the black plastic top trim piece on top of the lens housing. The 3rd screw is horizontally oriented-located at the inside edge of the housing (toward centerline of the car). Remove that screw then pull the housing toward you to release it, just until it releases from the body, then slide the housing toward the outside of the car to release the last outer "clip" point. Voila, you are now one bada$$-lens-removing mofo.Originally posted by mazda78:

If after removing the screws, the housing seems "stuck" too much to the body and doesn't want to release without damaging it, you can remove the rear-most trunk trim and help it loosen up from the inside. Hope that helps...
