My car
Old Pic
I figued i would post a pic of my car. Its an old pic though, right after i bought it. I hadnt done any of my mods to it yet. Just powder-coated the wheels. Cheap and easy mod that makes for a nice effect.

Hey,
The wheels look nice. I just bought a whole set of the same Enkei rims. I have the same ones on my car already, but I picked up a whole other set of four locally for cheap so that I can have a spare/racing? set. May possibly end up putting them on my CRX, I dunno.
But anyway, now that I have a set off the car, it's easier for me to take my time and fix 'em up. So, how exactly did you go about powder-coating your wheels? You said it was cheap and easy. I like cheap and easy!
[ September 02, 2002: Message edited by: voltaire ]

Re: My car
Oh yeah, i forgot about the springs. They are intrax 1.75's. And it has a black widow security system, and the Valet remote start system (neat mod). That was just when i bought it. As far as the powdercoating, i went to Advance Auto and picked up a can of primer, two cans of High heat matte white paint, and a can of sealant. Took all the wheels off, used cloth to cover the tires, (tape will not stick) pushed the cloth into the edges of the wheels with a screwdriver, then i just started spraying on light coats and then once they had dried, i sealed them and put them back on the car. Piece of cake, and only cost me about 18 bucks.
