newbie k8 to KLZE please help

my mazda mx3 has a V6 1.8 K8 engine but with a blown head gasket for 2 months, I don't have enough saving to fix it first, so I'm still driving it around, but mostly 15mins to work. is it gonna be a big problem?

Any way I'm thinking swap it to a V6 2.5 KLZE engine, i'm arranging to get the engine ...
