People used to do that mod alot many years ago, they never seemed to have a problem with it but back then cops would do random inspections under the hood, and they would ticket you for it since it's venting to atmosphere, which it's a no-no.

Re: .Cole's GS ZE Swap + more.
ohhh so a breather filter will work? im confused haha, do i need one thats very dense? like so it takes a bit of a preasure to push through? cause i tried to see what happens when i pull the pcv out as it running, it died. lol. and where im from, theres a very rare chance of something being illegal. the only thing i found illegal when i did my research on how dark lights can be tinted. its said nitrous systems.
And any chance you could see what shipping would be for the dip stick to s7m2m6. i broke mine when i was unloading the motor off the back of the truck lol.
And that thermos catch can is quite a smart idea. awesome. looks cool too. well if i cant get a breather filter to work thats the way ima go.

Re: .Cole's GS ZE Swap + more.
yaah only the one on the right side is cracking, i got another one just havent put it on yet. and yes i do, theres a little chunk of sheet metal bent and bolted on, just bolted between the frame rail and overflow, goes down and bends under it. does the job for now, but i wanna get an aluminum overflow and PS fluid canister. just havent found any for sale

Re: .Cole's GS ZE Swap + more.
yaah i had it down there for a summer n winter without the little shield. it was perfectly fine, and yah i also only have the 1 bolt holding mine onto the side, the one right by the ground on the front . just tighten it good, not much antifreeze so its not heavy.

Re: .Cole's GS ZE Swap + more.
Here's what ive had my eye on for months and have finally worked up the courage to let my car go. (trust me, if i had 2 parking spots. i would not sell my car. but i dont want it to sit in on a farm and be lonely and un-driven) Called The Mean Machine. 1982 chevy blazer 2wd.(has the 87 front bumper on it, will be replaced with a 82 so it has signals in the bumper) Leather seats, full stereo, lowered, 350sbc, turbo 400 tranny, 2500 stall. 4:11 gears. plans are either go with a ls1-7 swap then ill have better mile per gallon or rebuild a BBC with some kind of boost adder. Carburated motor with a turbo would be killer. Yes i know its yellow.

Re: .Cole's GS ZE Swap + more.
I was about to comment you may need more of a heat sink on that modual but it now some how seems redundant.
