Just to let all you know, Dali (Monte) and I will be gone...I'm actually sitting in the airport waiting for boarding as I write this. Jesse (rece) will be taking care of the bookings since we will be gone out of the country. Please forward all questions to him as well as your information for camping. Just as a confirmation, we are booking for the nights of jul16-19 meaning there will be 4 nights booked and everyone plans to leave on the monday.

For anyone that is wanting me to book the site for them, I will require payment in full before I can make the booking.

The plan is to book the week prior to us geting there as we will have a better chance of actually getting our spots. I will call and cancel the days that we will not be there after the fact, but there is a $20 service fee for cancellation. I unfortunately cant accomodate all of the booking fees on my own, so I will need the funds for whoever is going in advance. I have worked out the costs per site, based on 2 tents per site.

We do have to pay for the extra days upfront, but I will give you the money back for the days that get refunded.

The amount I will need to ensure you have a site is $380CAD/site.

You will be getting back around $250.

I know this sounds crazy, but there is no other way of doing it unless we want to chance not getting the site. I will get you the refund around a week after the original booking and as long as everyone can do email money transfers through their banks, it will be really easy.

Anyone in the US that would like me to book for them can do paypal, but unfortunately there will be a 3% paypal fee on top, but depending on exchange it should be not too bad. Based on XE.com the 380CAD+3% would be 317USD and you would get back around 200USD

I just need that amount for 10 days from the booking, and you wil get like 250 back once i adjust the booking. Unfortunately I am not willing to front for anyone... I have been burnt on a couple deals


if the site is split and you choose to split the costs to me please make sure to pony up 180, and you will get 125 back.

Shayne, I can front the money for the site considering we are sharing (If you are still ok with that). We can work out the details later.

Not to go off topic here but...EAT YOUR HEART OUT GUYS... Monte and I took an hour and a half tour of the Mazda factory and museam today in Hiroshima. It was super cool. We've got pictures and video to show everyone at the meet this year.
