Post FAQ: GTR Wiring Harness Setup for 94-95 B6 MX-3
First you need to get the harness extended. Than when you get it through the firewall if you have the JDM Harness you are going to need to switch around two plugs by cutting and splicing the wires to the MX-3s 3 Plugs. This is using the Europeans Harness diagram but the JDM one has the same wiring color.

323 GTR Europe (Same as the JDM wire Colors)

G - Circuit Opening Relay to 20 amp Fuel Fuse
G\R - Fuel Pump Relay to Fuel Pump
B\O - Coolant Temp Sensor to Coolant Gauge on Cluster
L\R - 1A on ECU to 10 amp Room Fuse
G\B - A\C Amp
B\G - Cooling Fan Relay to Coolant Temp Switch
L\B - 1J on ECU to A\C Relay
O\L - 1S on ECU to Blower Switch

B\Y - Back Up Light Switch to Ignition Switch
L - Coil to Ignition Switch

B - Earth Ground
W - 2R on ECU to Turbo Light on Cluster
R\B - 1U on ECU to Front Fog Light Relay
R - 1O on ECU to Front Fog Light Relay
Br\Y - 1V on ECU to Clutch Switch
R\G - Back up Light Switch to Back up Lights
L\Y - 1P on ECU to Power Steering Pressure switch
Y\L - Ignition Coil to Tachometer on Claster
R\Y - 2S on ECU to Turbo Buzzer on Cluster
B\L - 1T on ECU to Rear Window Defroster Relay and Defroster
G\R - 2L on ECU to Speed Gauge on Cluster

L\R - 1A on ECU to 15 amp Room Fuse
L\B - 1J on ECU to A\C Relay
Y\B - 1L on ECU to Coolant Fan Relay

Y\L - Distributor to IC Tachometer on Cluster
V\R - 1M on ECU to Speedometer on Cluster

Y - 2I on ECU to Rear Window Defroster Switch
L - Distributor to Ignition Switch and 10 amp Engine Fuse

G - Make inline 20 amp fuse (use 12 gauge) and power wire seperate from clip

Sorry about some of the missing wires not totally complete with the total conversion.

Sorry I left out any ABS or Air Bags. I didn't get to that cause I didn't need them. The A\C is there incase you want to use it. :) Happy swapping.

Its almost the same for the SOHC 1.6 you need to cut all 3 mx3 plugs and mate them to the GTX harness.
